How it works
Step 1: Tell us where you are
Begin with a short intake: your name, your email and what matters most. We save your answers so your portal is ready when you sign in.
Step 2: Work your day
Use the daily check-in, nutrition, breath, mind training and journal. Keep your data in your Reset Biology account, or in your own Google Drive too.
Step 3: Fair access
For members whose path includes peptides, we connect you to a member-owned co-op run by an independent licensed provider. You buy for yourself and take responsibility for your own body.
